Erdbeeren pflücken + Gathering strawberries

…in meinem riiieeesigen Erdbeergarten (der sich als Pflückfeld für jedermann herausstellt).
…in my giant strawberry garden (which turns out to be a public strawberry field).

Zweimal links abbiegen, auf dem schmalen Streifen zwischen Stadt und Niemandsland parken, aussteigen und dann hinter dieser Ruine..
Turn left, park the car, get out and right behind that ruin…

… Körbchen schnappen und auf dem strohbedeckten Erdbeerteppich niederknien.
… find a basket and kneel down on the straw covered blanket of strawberries.

Diese unendliche Erdbeer-Weite…ein Träumchen!
The sheer endlessness of it all..what a strawberry bliss!

The real one!

A few years ago, I took a couple of random shots of my hometown (no sightseeing or anything…).
I’m itching to go back and take some more with my Diana and La Sardina because the whole region is such a beauty. But I’m going to wait for spring – when the winds are less cold and the sea is still rough.

Not long now!

Oh, right. This house is half gone now…

Vor ein paar Jahren hab ich ein paar Schnappschüsse von meiner Heimatstadt gemacht (ohne große Sehenswürdigkeiten…)
Am liebsten würde ich nochmal mit La Sardina und Diana los, weil die ganze Gegend um sie herum einfach die Schönste ist.
Aber ich warte noch, bis der Frühling kommt; wenn der Wind da draußen nicht mehr so kalt um die Ohren pfeift und die See trotzdem noch tost.
